* Deep Cleaning (Signature Reset)
* Move In/Move Out Cleaning
* Add-ons, bundles, and specialty cleaning servicesServices are subject to availability, service area coverage, and operational approval.---# 2. Booking & Payment AuthorizationBy booking a service with Neatify, you authorize Neatify to charge the payment method provided for the total service amount, including any approved adjustments, applicable fees, add-ons, taxes, or cancellation/rescheduling fees.## Immediate Charging PolicyNeatify operates on an upfront payment model.By submitting your booking:* Your card may be charged immediately upon booking confirmation.
* Bookings are not considered confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.
* Failed or declined payments may result in booking cancellation.Neatify reserves the right to refuse or cancel bookings with invalid, declined, or suspicious payment methods.---# 3. Pricing AdjustmentsFinal pricing may be adjusted if:* The home size or condition differs significantly from the information provided during booking.
* Additional rooms, bathrooms, or services are discovered.
* Excessive buildup, clutter, pet hair, biohazards, or unsafe conditions are present.
* Additional requested services are added during the appointment.Any additional approved services or adjustments may result in additional charges.---# 4. Cancellation & Rescheduling PolicyCustomers may cancel or reschedule appointments through their customer portal or by contacting Neatify.## Rescheduling FeeAppointments rescheduled within 23 hours of the scheduled appointment time may incur a $35 late rescheduling fee.## Cancellation FeeAppointments canceled within 23 hours of the scheduled appointment time may incur a $50 late cancellation fee.Repeated cancellations or abuse of the scheduling system may result in refusal of future service.---# 5. Refund Policy## No Refund PolicyDue to the nature of completed cleaning services, Neatify does not offer refunds once service has been completed.However, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you believe an area was missed or not completed properly, please notify Neatify within 24 hours of service completion and we will work to address the issue.Neatify reserves the right to determine the appropriate resolution, which may include:* A touch-up visit
* Partial service correction
* Service credit
* Other reasonable resolutionsRefunds are not guaranteed.---# 6. 24-Hour Satisfaction GuaranteeIf something was missed during your cleaning service, please contact Neatify within 24 hours of the completed appointment.Our team will review the concern and, when appropriate, schedule a return visit to address eligible areas.The following may not qualify under the satisfaction guarantee:* New messes created after the cleaning
* Pre-existing damage or staining
* Areas not included in the booked service
* Excessive clutter or inaccessible areas
* Conditions requiring specialty remediation---# 7. Access & UtilitiesCustomers are responsible for ensuring:* Safe and legal access to the property
* Running water and electricity availability
* Secure pets or disclosure of aggressive animals
* Accurate entry instructionsIf Neatify cannot access the property or safely complete the service, cancellation or lockout fees may apply.---# 8. Safety & Service LimitationsNeatify reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if conditions are considered unsafe, hazardous, illegal, or beyond the scope of standard residential cleaning.Examples include but are not limited to:* Biohazards
* Infestations
* Hoarding conditions
* Dangerous structural issues
* Aggressive animals
* Unsafe temperatures or environments---# 9. Damage & LiabilityNeatify is insured; however:* Customers must report any alleged damage within 24 hours of service completion.
* Claims submitted after 24 hours may not be eligible for review.
* Neatify is not responsible for pre-existing damage, unstable fixtures, improperly installed items, normal wear and tear, or items not secured properly.Neatify’s liability shall not exceed the total amount paid for the service in question.---# 10. Photos & DocumentationNeatify providers may take photos related to:* Service quality verification
* Before-and-after documentation
* Damage or issue reporting
* Internal quality controlThese photos are used for operational and quality assurance purposes.---# 11. Provider & Customer ConductCustomers agree to maintain a respectful and safe environment for providers.Neatify reserves the right to refuse or terminate service due to:* Harassment
* Unsafe conditions
* Discrimination
* Threatening behavior
* Inappropriate conductCustomers may not directly solicit or hire Neatify providers outside of the Neatify platform during active service relationships.---# 12. Scheduling & Provider AssignmentNeatify may assign, reassign, or substitute providers based on:* Availability
